Our History

Founded in 1985 by Alain Thiénot, our family company – Arvitis – brings together Houses and vineyards from France and all around the world.

 The commercialization of our and wines and champagnes is exclusively managed by our distribution company: Champagnes & Chateaux.

Composed of two different entities, C&C France covers the French market and C&C Export foreign markets (Europe, Asia, Americas, Africa, Oceania).

Product Portfolio

Champagnes & Châteaux teams are devoted to enhance our stylish wines, reflecting Champagne, Bordeaux and California terroirs lushness.

Our products illustrate our sustainable involvement and the respect of nature and winemakers’ know-how. More than a hundred references benefit from official environmental certifications (HVE 3, Terra Vitis, Agriculture Biologique (AB)).

Our portfolio gathers all the wines we produce and distribute: established French champagnes, prestigious cuvees, limited editions, single vintages, Bordeaux Châteaux, from “petits châteaux” to classified growths, rare vintages, famous appellations (Saint Emilion, Saint Estèphe, Haut Medoc, Pessac-Léognan,…), premium Bordeaux brands, exciting new world wines from our estate in California and from our famous partners in Argentina.

Sales expertise

Globally, we are active on all of the key export markets for Champagne and Wine, exporting to more than 90 countries.

As a multi-channel distributor, we cover all aspects of distribution.

We have built strong and historic partnerships with national and regional import companies. We support their field teams and together develop on trade distribution for our premium brands and key estates.

We have been IFS certified at the highest level for many years, we also support the commercialization of our products in off trade and e-commerce.

Over the years, we have developed strong and stable relationships with leading Airline Companies, especially for business and first class.

We aim to satisfy all requests in terms of quality, timing, sales and marketing tools and tasting experience required to maximize business opportunities.

Because every network has specific constraints and because we want our relationship to be easier and closer, we have dedicated local teams in the heart of markets. Multilingual, young and agile, they have deep knowledge of cultural practices and passionately transmit their wine and champagne knowledge.

Our customer service in Bordeaux and Reims guarantees a solid and efficient back-office.
